  • Fragrance Oils: Fragrance oils must be unused and unopened for a return to be accepted.
  • Diffuser Machines: The diffuser machine must be returned with all original items, including all accessories and packaging.

     

    1. Non-returnable Items

     

    • Opened Fragrance Oils: Once fragrance oils have been opened or used, they cannot be returned.
    • Damaged Machines (Non-manufacturing Defect): If the product has been damaged due to misuse or mishandling, it will not be eligible for return.
    • Used Sprays: Used sprays are non-returnable.

     

    1. Return Shipping

     

    • Within the UAE: Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs, unless the item is being returned due to a manufacturing defect.
    • International Shipping: For returns from outside the UAE, customers must cover return shipping costs and return the items at their own expense.
